A deeper level of focus on your overall well-being and soul balance. This 5 session package takes up to 3 months to complete and allows you to work through some of those bigger, or more persistent things that are holding you back. 

I created this package to support you as an individual, giving you an experience of deep inner work with the full support and guidance from me. Transforming you on a personal growth level or a career growth level.

What you get:

An initial consultation call with Tracy, a series of 5 “Quick Hugs” and bonus guided meditation recordings to get you aligned and feeling like your greatest self again, within a 3 month period.

Specifically this includes:

A 45 minute consultation call with Tracy to create your personalised package.

5 remote sessions (Quick Hugs) working on your aims and visions, clearing old stories and blocks - these can include energy alignment, past life hypnotherapy and much more.

2 supportive guided meditation recordings. 

How it works:

1. Book and pay for your session, choose your time slot for your initial consultation call from the scheduling page.

2. Complete the form when asked to during your booking. I will read this before our consultation session - the more information you include in your answers, the more we will be able to dig into during our time together.

3. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a zoom link for our first call.

4. Show up for the call and we will spend 45 minutes talking through where you are now, where you want to go with your online course and the next steps that you can take to get there. During this call, we arrange our first energy session together.
