I’ve worked with Tracy for a number of months now after being recommended to her by numerous friends, and from our very first session of energy healing, I was overwhelmed with how much she was able, to tune into and intuitively know about the way I’ve been feeling.
Bear in mind, due to travel restrictions, our sessions have been remote, so I was skeptical, to say the least. But I was mind blown! Tracy is not only warm and welcoming, but she is happy to sit and talk through any emotions that arise through the hour-long session, as well as giving a detailed overview of what energetic blockages she felt in an email the day after.
Our sessions consist of me laying in bed, with relaxing music on and meditating or focusing on my breathing while Tracy tunes in – this is the ultimate “me” time away from the daily grind. It usually takes a couple of days following a session for me to feel the energetic release, but with that brings clarity and shifts any creative blocks I’ve been having. If Tracy is this powerful by remote energy work, I’m counting down the months until we can have an in-person session!

I admit I was slightly nervous the first time I booked Tracy, not knowing entirely what to expect. A friend had recommended her, telling me how wonderfully her own energy healing had gone. I had been feeling out of sorts and stuck for more than a year and figured it wouldn't hurt to see if Tracy could help.
I need not have worried. Tracy is warm and friendly and immediately put me at ease. The session was incredibly relaxing and there were times when I could feel what could only be described as a pulse of energy in my body during the session. Once the session was over, I immediately felt relief wash over me, to the point where I found myself crying despite actually really enjoying it!
As we talked through, Tracy told me she felt the same energy pulse around my knees as I had and that she felt as though I was stuck and wanted to run. She also identified trauma in my womb which I understood immediately, having fertility issues among other things in my past.
Within 2 weeks of our session, I found myself feeling upbeat and more focused and an idea for a new business came to me clear as day. I knew as Tracy had described - it was time to run towards new goals and the energy healing session had cleared that path for me.
I've had another session since then. I booked another session because I was feeling like my energy was all over the place - I had been working on this new business almost non-stop and needed some clarity and focus. Again, I felt pulses of energy at certain points in the session and again, the sense of relief and tears after the session was complete.
Within 2 days of this second session, I had made some major breakthroughs and felt so much more focused and clear, able to work through and take action on so many of the things I had been undecided about.
After each of our sessions, I have a day of feeling like I've 'been through something' (I suppose because I have!) and I feel delicate and tired and I just focus on taking a little extra care of myself. It takes about 2-3 days before that energy really shifts and after that, I feel like I can take on anything that life throws at me. I have recommended Tracy many times over now because I believe strongly she has such a powerful gift. She has a way of making you feel 'unstuck', bringing clarity and light to your mind, body and spirit. I can't wait until our next session!

“Are You Skeptical of Energy Re-alinement? I certainly was!

Being what I considered a Rufty Tuffty Male, I was very skeptical of this hocus pocus witch craft and quite nervous about booking an appointment with Tracy. To be honest it was my last resort after trying conventional treatment for almost 2 years suffering with a damaged knee, so I had nothing to lose and wanted to try all avenues to rid myself of this pain.

I still don’t fully understand how Energy Realignment works, but one thing I can tell you is, this tried and tested process with Tracy certainly works for me, it has helped me physically and one thing I wasn’t expecting was helping me mentally, I didn’t know I needed that!

I had worked in a busy high stress environment that used to take its toll on my mental well-being. It was only when I had my first appointment with Tracy that the following morning I woke up with what seemed like a new mental calmness, something I had not experienced for a long, long time.

The only way I can explain it is with an analogy -

My mind was like a computer with at least 20 different internet browsers open at once, all requiring constant input and data from me, some of them were buffering and could not be closed down, they were all spinning at high speed to the point it was hard to actually achieve much, on some days it felt like I was drowning in too much going on in my mind and I was unable to switch off.

After what became regular 3-month appointments with Tracy, the next morning I would wake up with a mental calmness and a new positive energy. It was like my brains computer had been switched off at the mains, all the mind clutter had been filed neatly in folders and I had no browsers open or running, once again I could choose what I wanted to think about, not what my over busy mind was forcing me to think about. The pressure and clutter in my head were completely gone!

This Energy Re-alinement Process by Tracy has changed my mental well-being for the better, when I find myself struggling she is only a rescue phone call away!

The way I look at it - if we don’t have our cars regularly serviced they will carry on running but running inefficiently until they eventually break down and stop, we will be unable to use them and the cost of repair will outweigh the cost of prevention maintenance.

I am now a strong believer in getting my mind serviced, it really works for me, it’s like a massage and reset for the mind!

Tracy is honestly amazing her gift is something that is so hard to describe, it is incredible and I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and Bones! Tracy's gift as a healer and the ability to be able to SEE you on all levels is magical. I received a distance healing from Tracy on Sunday and felt as she connected in to my body and soul. Feeling energy swirling in my sacral chakra and up to my heart, with bouts of emotion and pain, I knew things were shifting. For a while I have been experiencing discomfort in the organs around my sacral chakra, I have always felt and believed it went much much deeper than the physical symptoms I experience.
