Cellular Memory and Trauma
I find myself everyday working with cellular memory and your hear me talk about it so I wanted to share with you all why this plays such a role in your healing journey.
Scientific research has shown that your emotional pain, physical pain, anxiety & other related illnesses are located in your bodyβs cells and organs but also in the unseen of your unconscious and subconscious and this is known to science as cellular memory.
So a negative trauma stays held within the cellular memory and will stay there until you start to re-programme its DNA. We can all heal to a certain degree but complete healing of a trauma happens on a cellular level.
This takes time and I describe this process like an onion a trauma can hold many layers and the body knows how it wants to process and release those layers.
By rejuvenating this on a cellular level we are replacing the low frequencies with a higher frequency disturbing the DNA imprint to encourage a deep level of healing.
